Her work is an authentic integration of art, spirituality and medicine.
"This is an fascinating opportunity to turn one's inner landscape of fearfulness and worry into a warm peace of mind and heart with a more relaxed body that radiates to every cell in our body saying "I'm OK right where I am NOW . . . ". The work I do with clients guides them to embrace and accept with a loving OK-ness the many parts of who and where they are, both the positive and what is viewed as "negative" , like anger or how old wounds affect us today. It is from this place of warm acceptance that you can heal, grow, move.
Shamanic and Breathwork as well as Gestalt/wholistic counseling approach a person's issues or troubles from a very different angle than conventional talk therapy. It includes the physical and energetic body where trauma, negativity and shame often hide out and camp out like a forgotten child waiting for someone to notice. It includes the emotional aspect connected to that energy and finally the spirit that longs to breathe freely and guide us to our full potential. The end result of working in these unique modalities is an expanded richer sense of self as one explores the back country of being human and ease of living one's life despite troubles that come your way."
