This photo I used for my new web site captured & held my attention and I wasn't immediately sure why till I realized it seemed to portray a passage way from the dense (often scary) environment that can surround a person going through a medical crisis, whether chronic or acute, to a lighter, more hopeful and empowering environment that is possible learning the mind-body techniques of a program like Prepare for Surgery. Another plus is that these techniques have multiple applications, not just for those heading to the OR. Clear blue skies ahead! Flo Gaia
